Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans

Klervex subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Scale) are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions are non-refundable for partial billing periods. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

2. Document Credit Packs

One-time document credit pack purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account. Unused credits do not expire.

3. Render Pack Add-ons

Recurring Render Pack add-ons follow the same policy as subscriptions. They are non-refundable for partial periods. Cancel at any time to stop the next renewal.

4. Exceptions

We may issue refunds at our discretion in the following cases:

  • Billing errors — duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or unauthorized charges.
  • Service outages — extended platform unavailability (more than 24 hours cumulative in a billing period) that materially impacted your use of the service.
  • First-time subscribers — if you cancel within 48 hours of your first paid subscription and have not used more than 10% of your monthly allocation.

5. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at support@klervex.com with your account email, the charge in question, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing in the Klervex dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.
