By accessing or using Klervex ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Klervex provides a trade document intelligence platform that enables extraction, validation, and generation of trade documents. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan tiers.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Klervex is a data-processing and document generation tool. The Service provides extraction, validation, and rendering capabilities to assist users in preparing trade documents. The following terms apply to all use of the Service:

• User responsibility for data. The selection of document types, and the accuracy, completeness, and legal sufficiency of all underlying data, are the sole responsibility of the user. Generated documents are based entirely on data provided by you — Klervex does not independently verify the accuracy of any information entered into the Service.
• No professional advice. Klervex does not provide legal, customs, trade compliance, freight forwarding, or any other professional advice. Validation rules and automated checks are provided as a convenience only and do not substitute for professional review.
• Regulatory compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your documents meet all applicable regulatory requirements for your specific trade routes, jurisdictions, commodity types, and transaction structures. Regulations vary by country and change frequently; it is your obligation to stay current.
• Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Klervex shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, customs penalties, shipment delays, cargo holds, fines, or financial losses arising from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated data provided by the user or from reliance on documents generated by the Service.
• No warranty of fitness. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Klervex makes no warranty that generated documents will be accepted by any customs authority, carrier, bank, or other third party.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Service to process documents related to sanctioned entities or for any purpose that violates applicable trade laws and regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Klervex and protected by intellectual property laws. Your documents and data remain your property.
